| Operating in Perth since 1972, our premier sales venue occupies nearly an acre and is situated on the water’s edge at Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour in Perth, Western Australia. Together with our spacious sales centre we have over half an acre of bitumen hardstand used to display both luxury launches and trailer boats. Our private jetty in the Fisherman's Harbour offers facilities for 20 craft, from 20ft - 65ft plus, and is used to display both new and used Rivieras along with othe quality used craft. Operating from our prominent premises at 12 Mews Road, Fremantle, Beacon Marine is promoted by three highly regarded, long time servants of the luxury launch industry plus Wayne Styles in trailor boats. The luxury launch market is serviced by Paul Cotton, Trevor Parkins and Fred Hayman, all devoting their extensive expertise full time into the sale of new and used boats. Beacon Marine have been the sole distributors of the Riviera range of luxury flybridge cruisers for the past 15 years and have established an extremely strong and loyal following. We offer the complete range of Riviera models and have sold over 200 new Riviera’s. Tony Walker is the General Manager of our Fremantle operations. Beacon Marine were successful in luring Tony away from his 29 year career in Banking , the last 6 as a Corporate Manager. Tony has many interests ranging from operating his own boat hire business on weekends, to being a life time member of the City of Perth Surf Life Club. After a 39 year active involvement, in fact he is a past President of the club, he remains heavily involved, along with his four children, as an active patrolling surf lifesaver. Tony has many contacts within the wider business community and brings with him a wealth of large business experiences and management skills. Sharlene Holtom is the Assistant General Manager and has been with Beacon Marine for over 16 years after joining in 1992. She also purchased her own business at the age of 21 and over the years has developed that into a very successful operation. Sharlene has a versatile and diverse knowledge in management, administration, accounting, plus her excellent organisation skills and enthusiastic attitude, make her a huge asset of the business.. . . .Paul Cotton has been boating all his life and commenced in the marine industry over a decade after spending 14 years in the finance industry. A keen yachtsman since the age of nine, Paul is the current Treasurer of the Marine Brokers Institute and has been dealing with Beacon Marine for many years. Having developed a large and exclusive client base, he is able to provide an outstanding knowledge of new Riviera's and quality pre-loved vessels. Paul has an intimate understanding of all Beacon's stock and has over the years earned much praise for his fantastic service to our customers.. . Trevor Parkins , like Fred and Paul, has spent many, many years in the marine industry and is totally dedicated to developing and promoting Beacon's high standing in the market. A keen boatie, you will find Trevor enjoying his free time at Rotto or just enjoying socialising with clients. Trevor comes from the printing industry where he was a leading technician in the installation and maintenance of highly sophisticated printing presses. Trevor is one of Beacon's most experienced representatives, with an exemplary reputation throughout the boat community for good, honest service.. . Fred Hayman has recently joined Beacon Marine. He is married with three grown up children, two sons and a daughter. Fred has had over 30 years experience in the boating industry and during this time he has owned 18 boats. He was a member of the Perth Flying Squadron Yacht Club for over 15 years, where he served as a committee member and Rear Commodore of Power. For the past 20 years he has been working as a marine broker selling new and used boats. His vast knowledge and experience makes him a valued member of our team.. . Wayne Styles heads up our trailer boat sales division and has been involved in the trailer boat arena in both Australia and New Zealand for over 15 years. A keen yachty, Wayne has been in association with Beacon Marine for many years and has contributed to making Beacon Marine one of the most admired boat yards for smaller craft, here in W.A. He is a most knowledgeable and highly valued. member of the Beacon Marine team.. . David Etheridge has recently moved from our Bayswater office, having managed that office since 1972. David has held many positions within the boating industry. He was a committee member of the BIA of W.A. for over five years and also held the Vice President's position. She has as a wealth of knowledge in this area, having previously been employed as Office Manager for Uniting Church Homes for seven years. Prior to working with Uniting Church Homes, Vicki was employed by several companies in various office administration roles, as well as previously owning and operating her own investigations and recoveries business for several years.Vicki is a humble, friendly and dedicated worker and brings vast experience in office administration to the team.. . .
