The Evans fishing family spans over four generations. It truly does run in our blood. I remember learning to fly fish when I was 8 years old with my grandfather and father on small streams around Wales and England. The Evans way of life has continued to be passed down through the Evans family for over half a century. The Evans family moved to Australia over 40 years ago and this has seen the Evans fishing tradition expand and grow; with my three sons and my grandson all embracing the Evans fishing way of life. The Evans tradition and passion for fishing is now well and truly alive and thriving all around Australia and in different parts of the world. Much of our time as a family has been spent talking tackle and sharing fishing tales. We each have our own specific passion for fishing. Mine, is fly fishing; whilst my sons prefer boat, reef and rock fishing. Our knowledge of fishing is extensive and varied which is why we pay so much attention to our individual designs.
