He watched the best seafood get bought by the export market and he believed that if Australian customers were given the chance, they'd happily purchase Australian seafood before purchasing seafood from overseas. A few years later he had the opportunity to register the name lobster.com.au, because he believed that one day the internet would provide the very mechanism he needed to match Australians to the premium export grade seafood he already knew Australia produced. We use specialist refrigerated food delivery vehicles to deliver fresh and frozen seafood weekdays and Saturday mornings excluding public holidays.
