Windcraft has again been awarded as the International Hanse Dealer of the Year Award for 2009. This is the third time the company has achieved this award and was based on the companies dedication to both overall boat sales and excellent customer service to their existing clients. Recognition by the German Hanse yard of Windcraft's success in establishing the Hanse brand in the Australian & New Zealand market first came in 2005.

In 2008 Windcraft opened a dedicated Service Centre to cater to the needs of our ever growing family of boat owners and to set a standard that ensures Windcraft leads the industry in terms of owner support. The Service Centre is able to handle all you boat ownership needs, be it a complete boat maintenance package, assistance with sourcing spare parts or general advice on your boating needs.

Windcraft have established a dedicated 1300 number for our owners to have the piece of mind that comes with access to 24 / 7 phone support.

Scheduled Maintenance

The teams of contractors used by Windcraft have a wealth of experience working on the brands supplied by Windcraft. This experience and knowledge translates into a service that cannot be matched and ensures that your vessel receives the attention she deserves.

The value of regular maintenance and the long term benefits it will provide should never be underestimated. The Service Centre can provide a regular maintenance schedule for all items on board your vessel. Warranty Support

All new boats sold by Windcraft come with a manufacturers warranty that is backed by the support of the Windcraft Service Centre. During construction and commissioning of your new vessel and before delivery to you, it has undergoes numerous checks to insure the build quality of your vessel.

The Windcraft Service Centre has established a systemised warranty procedure and deals direct with the manufacturer on behalf of the owner. The Service Centre is here to help you understand what is covered under warranty and help liaise with the manufacturers on your behalf should an issue arise.
