Some of our outstanding quality features include: Noble Boats are superior structures, built at our factory to the Det Norske Veritas (DNV) standards. The material used is DNV marine grade alloy certified, with a 5 mm plate hull throughout, and 4 mm plates on structural components. Our boats have fully welded sealed alloy decks, full seam welding inside and out, and have fully welded frames and girders, ensuring that structural members are not left floating and unfixed as in all other brands. All welders and fabricators at our factory are DNV and Bureau Veritas (BV) certified marine specialists. To ensure the utmost quality, full on site chemical, physical and weight testing is undertaken of all raw materials. Every component of design and construction is managed to ensure the utmost quality is achieved in your boat. Quality management systems in place comply with international standards for quality assurance - ISO9001. All designs are prepared by naval architects on CAD software. All plate aluminium cutting is computerised allowing for the perfect fit. Every hull is personally inspected over and over and welds are x-rayed for defects, fuel and water tanks are baffled and pressure tested. Some of the safety measures of Noble Boats include: 5mm marine grade plate hull structure (4mm on the 5 metre boats). Full depth girders no more than 300mm apart, making them very strong in comparison to other methods of construction. The floor is self draining through transom scuppers, and completely sealed by being fully welded throughout. This makes the bottom cavity air tight, thus aiding flotation, and makes the deck waterproof. There are separate air tight chambers for fuel and storage. The bow incorporates a super fine forefoot which assures a soft dry entrance into head seas. Noble Boats have the deepest V shape hull on the market. It simply slices through the wave instead of bashing its way on top of the wave as in most other boats, ensuring a smooth ride for all passengers even in the harshest conditions. The midships contains a multichine hull, which allows for a very deep vee. This guarantees a soft ride, and also ensures a boat that is very stationary at rest, therefore providing a premium boating platform for all your activities whilst onboard. A 24 degree deadrise allows water force to escape and not to be generated through the hull. This ensures maximum speed for minimal horsepower and fuel.
